After earning a degree in Psychology from Cincinnati Christian University, Tracy embarked on a career beginning with serving in a church and leading to corporate America. He gained invaluable experience working for leading companies in the field of engineering and technology throughout the United States, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, business implementation and business development.

In 2006, Tracy recognized a gap in the market for healthcare services and seized the opportunity to launch TaleMed. Armed with a bold vision and a relentless drive for success, TaleMed assembled a talented team of service professionals and business strategists to bring the vision to life. With Tracy's leadership, TaleMed rapidly gained traction, disrupting the industry with creative solutions to provide hospital staff. Tracy's strategic acumen and commitment to excellence propelled the company to unprecedented growth. In 2016 and 2017 the company appeared in several national rankings (Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young) as a leader in business growth attracting significant recognition and forging strategic partnerships with key players in the industry.

In late 2020 TaleMed partnered with McCarthy Capital to merge TaleMed with Triage to form a company with revenue surpassing $1 billion dollars in 2022. Today, Triage continues to be a leader in the healthcare staffing industry. Tracy continues to hold a Board seat with Triage.

Tracy's ability to anticipate market trends and pivot swiftly ensured TaleMed's continued success in an ever-evolving landscape. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to fostering a culture of innovation have earned him widespread recognition as a pioneering leader in the business sector.

Beyond business, Tracy is actively involved in building one of the leading non for profits in the Cincinnati region serving over 100,000 families. This nonprofit is aimed at fostering dignity and supporting family values.
